Return and Exchanges

Our return process is hustle free and easy. Just email our customer support team and they'll help you with your return and exchange.

We’ll happily allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition when:

The item you purchased did not fit
The item you purchased is defective
The item you purchased is incomplete
The item you purchased is incorrect

If your purchase isn't the right fit for you, you have 30 days to ask for a new size and we'll send it your way ASAP!

Please do not return anything without letting us know first!

As for refunds, we usually work on a case-to-case basis, but here are our fundamental refund rules:

Refunds can be issued up to 30 days after you ordered.

Once this given time frame is over, we’ll assume you’re satisfied with your items and will make your sale definite.

Shipping costs on your initial order are non-refundable.

Once your item has been shipped, we’ve already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves - even if we ask nicely!

Shapearmor reserves the right to deny any return or refund request, but that’s just some legal lingo we need to add here just in case.

Shipping your order in no time is our utmost priority to ensure it gets delivered to you as expected and promised.

Once processed (2 - 5 days), cancellation or changes can no longer be made but don’t fret!

If your order is already past 2 days, we suggest you to try our product first to see the benefits it can do and if there’s more we can do to make it right, we have an easy returns and free exchange as explained above.

Processing hassle-free returns and free exchanges takes between 2 to 3 business days.

If you’re looking for an exchange, you can expect to get your new item delivered through your original shipping method after processing.

If you’re worried about a refund, keep in mind that it can take within 5 to 10 business days to show up in your bank or credit card statement after being issued. Some banks also prefer to issue them on the next billing cycle.

For peace of mind, you may contact your card issuer (the financial institution who provided you with your card) and inquire on the status of your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account just one more time before contacting us - refunds sometimes take some time to be officially processed and appear on your account.

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (usually within 2-5 business days). When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

If after 7 business days you still cannot see your tracking number and your order status shows “Unfulfilled”, please Contact Us.

In a perfect world, package deliveries arrive on time without any issues. But, in some cases, delays occur and here are the reasons why:

Failed delivery attempts – This occurs if there was no one there to receive the package or if the address is misspelt, incomplete or outdated. Usually, couriers make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver your package, but on different days. After these attempts, your package will most likely be stored in the courier’s warehouse for 5-7 days. Please contact your local post office immediately to track it down. If your package has already been sent back to us, simply Contact Us so we can resend it.

Delay caused by customs – International shipments are held up in customs to check that the contents and value of the package were declared accurately. Your tracking status will update soon after your package has been cleared and released. For updates, you may also contact your local post office or delivery service provider since a local tracking number may be provided to you for possible additional tracking events.

Marked as undeliverable – This happens if the courier has no access to the delivery location. Your package will then be sent back to us. If this is the case, Contact Us right away so we can resend your package.

Lost packages – One of the worst case scenarios why your package can get delayed is because it got lost along the way. Please contact first your local post office for updates. If you haven’t received it yet, Contact Us and we’ll do our best to help.

Weather conditions – Bad weather can block the roads or slow down the transit and cause a delayed delivery. Keep following up with your local post office to track the movement of your order.

We use different services to ensure that our customers receive the product in perfect condition without any problems. 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Any customs charges are the customers responsibility. This is especially for our customers in India or other international destinations where packages are charged by customs.

In these cases, we recommend getting in touch with the courier or shipping provider ASAP or checking with the post office - - they’ll usually resend your package the next working day, or ask you to pick it up at their offices. If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these next steps:

1. Search around your door for a notice of attempted delivery.

2.Look around the delivery location

In order to protect your order from theft or weather, some delivery drivers might leave it around the bushes, in a grill, in a plastic bag, around your porch or another place where it can be protected.

3. Make sure someone else hasn’t received your package

It’s also likely a neighbor received your order or a family member that was available in your residence.

4.Wait 36 hours

Sometimes shipping companies marked an order as ‘Delivered’ while the package is still in transit. If after waiting this period of time, please get in touch with the shipping company.

If you ordered multiple items, each may be shipped from different warehouses. This would mean they may arrive separately. If one of the items you ordered is out of stock in the warehouse nearest to you, it may be shipped from another. This may cause one of the items to arrive later than the other.

Also, while most packages will arrive on time, some may be late due to possible congestion brought by holidays, weather conditions, etc.

You will also receive separate shipping confirmations for each package that is sent. Make sure to check your spam folder as well if it’s not in your inbox.

This sometimes happens when the shipping company hasn’t been able to deliver your order if we received a wrong address, or for other unknown reasons.

“Alert” status may be due to several reasons:

1. Your order is being returned to the sender due to item refused by the addressee; incorrect or incomplete address; expired retention period; addressee absence; etc.

2. Your order might be retained by the customs department due to tax payable, or any other unspecified reasons.

3. Your order may have suffered damage or been lost during the transportation period.
